- 1. Looking Back to Our Preliminary Task and what we have learnt By Charlie Robertson and Jake Beare TAXI
- 2. Introduction • I have learnt a lot from the preliminary task, I feel I have progressed as a film maker and more confident in terms of film making. 2
- 3. Research and Development • Learnt how to take advantage of search engines such as: Google and sites like youtube and art of the title, it has taught me how to find appropriate material. 3
- 4. Pre Production • During pre-production I learnt how to use a script making software called Celtx. I have also leant to make a script in the same format as professional film makers. I have also leant how to make a successful storyboard. 4
- 5. Production • During production I have learnt many important camera techniques that has allow the opening title sequence to go the extra mile. For example: I have learnt tracking shots as displayed in my opening title sequence when my character is walking towards the fire place. I have learnt about high and low angle view shots and I used a low angle view of when my character was opening his bag. 5
- 7. Post Production • During post production I have learnt many more filming techniques such as the film grain effect and I also leant how to create many different titles. I have also learnt how to use many different transitions in my opening title sequence for example: the dissolve transition. 7
