Project Manager • A project manager’s role is at the center of the action. • He is responsible for the overall development and implementation of a project as well as for day-to-day operations • He has two major areas of responsibility: design and management. – Design consists of devising a vision for the product – Strengths & limitations of Hardware & Software – management side consists of scheduling and assigning tasks, running meetings, and managing milestones – overseeing all aspects of product development from beginning to end.
