- 2. Job Club The #1 way that people find jobs is through networking. Our employment office asked me to start an in-person weekly Job Club Meeting to provide support and resources for serious job seekers.
- 3. Job Club Webpage In an effort to help Job Club members save money on transportation I designed a sample webpage for my manager. http://people.clemson.edu/~mdesmar/scworksjobclub.html The webpage will allow Job Club participants to access resources at their own leisure from home, look at weekly curriculum from in-person meeting, and participate in a weekly blog to stay in touch with others.

NETWORKING TUTORIAL I also provided a link on the webpage to a tutorial for Networking with a Purpose. http://sconestopjobclub.myicourse.com/enrolled_courses/view/154801 This tutorial provides the basics concerning networking etiquette, social media outlets for networking, and understanding how to develop an elevator speech.
- 5. My I Course I used Myicourse to develop my tutorial. It is a free LMS that is relatively easy to use once you get going. My tutorial is linked to my webpage for Job Seekers to access.
