- #6: On top of this, technology is heading towards an hybrid ERP model where companies will want to plug and play multiple systems like SAP, Workday, Concur, Hybris, etc… This is a different paradigm which is the norm for many organizations already. On top of this - companies are demanding shorten timeframes to deliver new solutions and also the ability to iterate their way through a goal.
