Primavera P6 7.0 Functionality MatrixVersion 7.0 delivers role-based interfaces to allow you to distribute the correct
functionality to the appropriate members of the project team. Each module in the
Primavera suite has been designed with specific project stakeholders in mind. Leveraging
all current and emerging technologies, data entry and analysis is deployed in a way that
best suites the needs of each stakeholder and is stored in Primavera’s project and
resource repository to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date information for all tactical
and strategic decisions.
This matrix has been complied to assist the effort in determining which modules should
be deployed to each stakeholder. Using this matrix against a thorough review of current
and desired project and resource management processes will provide an excellent start in
consideration of Primavera role out.
