Rapid eLearning development refers to the creation
  of eLearning courses using rapid authoring tools
 that help to transform content into instructionally
  sound learning material within a short duration

1. Project plan template: A project plan template
   includes details of the project process,

2.   Storyboard template: You can use either MS word or
     PowerPoint to create storyboard templates. It should

Context of learning: Context in which the learning has
  been initiated is another important factor to be
  considered by an eLearning development expert
Create the course: Choose an authoring tool
  that is best for the content and context
Check to see if it meets learning objective: Seek
feedback about the course from key stakeholders to
           ensure it meets the purpose
Circulate: Once the course receives final approval,
 it can be sent for deployment either by hosting
  on the LMS or through the company’s portals
Review the 7 C’s
