A European Marketplace for EO services, with: • A common identity where buyers can find European EO services, data and products of all kinds; • Appropriate technical, legal, organisational and operational structures in place for the Marketplace to function; • Operational platforms that link Copernicus and other geospatial data sources (public and private) on which to build EO Services; • An environment whereby private initiatives can flourish (clear public / private roles). - 23. Continue study into organisational structure by 1. study what legal constraints and what legal conditions would be appropriate 2. look at the business strategy to sustain the MAEOS & EOMall 3. Examine what possible public-private arrangements could be envisaged 4. Present possible package to industry for decision in January. There are many actors and many views from both public and private organisations; some form of collaborative instrument is necessary to align positions and actions.
