at home

The school has a mentorship program in place. The
teacher - mentor talks with the students in one-on-
one meetings, listens to them and support them so
as to manage and achieve their goals.

5 Meetings where students set their goals,
monitor their actions, reflect on their decisions,
self-evaluate their goals
School’s Psychologists organize the Mentoring
Project and guide teacher-mentors
School’s Psychologists evaluate the process of the
Mentoring program
Each Teacher-mentor provides personalized
support and guidance to assigned students-
mentees
Students and Parents evaluate the mentoring
program
The process of the mentoring program has simple
steps and specific objectives.
Resources
What tools are used in

What is used for quality control
(self-evaluation)
Use of an LMS (Smartschool,
Moodle,…)
Paper or electronic forms for scheduling and
keeping notes for the teacher-mentors and a
notebook for the pupil-mentee
Teachers keep notes about theirs students’ goals
and actions. Students fill in their notebook.
Students use their notebook so as to evaluate their
actions and their goals and set new goals.
School’s Psychologists check teachers’ notes during
Christmas and Easter holidays
No LMS. Teachers-Mentor may use electronic forms
for keeping notes
