Standard 4 Documenting and Using Results
Who was consulted? Classroom teachers Graduation coaches Principals PEY teachers EL teacher
Those consulted, part two Board members Retired educators Parents Other stakeholders
The Process First, all the teachers at Constantine were tasked with answering the focus questions at their grade level meetings.
The Internet helped out Next, emails with the focus questions were sent to others, asking for their input.
Even the telephone was used Some concerned parties were contacted by phone and interviewed.
Input came from all places When all else failed, we personally visited those whose thoughts we knew we just had to have.
We LOVE our consultees!! We couldn't let anyone feel left out, could we?
Drafts and Revisions Next came the job of writing and re-writing this section based on feedback from ACS colleagues—those at Constantine, the system-wide SAR Leadership Team members, and the Superintendent.
Finished! Finally, we received a stamp of approval!

What we learned “ Anniston City Schools” and “Documenting and Using Results” are synonymous
Where we go from here We keep on trucking…looking to the data to lead the way!
