This study examines the wear behavior of aluminum-based metal matrix composites (MMCs) utilizing Taguchi methods for analysis. The research focused on composites fabricated using stir casting with different proportions of fly ash and e-glass fiber, testing their wear resistance under varying loads and sliding speeds. Results indicated that the load had the most significant impact on wear rate, with an r² value of 0.988, suggesting a strong correlation between the parameters studied and the wear behavior of the composites.
