30 мин   G    Current State   TLs and FA VP present Project goals and show statistics on current state.
                              Members are devided into groups of 4-5 ppl and during 30 minutes discuss realities and
                              FA bottlenecks

         R                    Members are brainstorming on what can be done with each bottleneck for 30 min
                              Groups are presenting results of discussions ( main outcomes)
                              Inside project teams give each TM a paper-"sun" wright name and manage screw talks:

                              Create concrete FA time line include changes from FA Bottlnecks session and Cynergy

Команда характеризуется: Опытный и ответственный лидер Минимум 2 командных игрока Есть общая цель проекта, регулярные встречи, рабочие митинги, функциональные встречи Есть командное видение, ценности и принципы командой работы, тимбилдинги, фишечки и т.д.
  • #7: Важно, что план проекта сформирован ЗАРАНЕЕ. У каждого TM есть конкретный план с началом и концом программы. Важно, что у каждого мембера есть четкий план эффективного совмещения учебы и aiesec со всеми пиками, конференциями и важными встречами.
