- 4. Generate UID for each Authorized Vehicle • RFID tags: The Vehicle details is mapped to tag . • Tagged data is saved for future analysis purpose.
- 5. Fixed reader • It gets UID information from an authorized vehicle in real time. • In eye-blink seconds checks for authorization.
- 6. Window application • Views details of authorized vehicle with following: 1. Owner Name. 2. Mobile number. 3. Flat number. 4. Entry time. 5. Exit time. 6. Security name during both entry and exit.
- 7. Web application • The authorized user can view the following details: • Entry and exit of Authorized vehicle. • Entry and exit of Visitor vehicle with security persons detail present at that time. • Note: it requires Internet connection.
- 8. Case 1: Authorized Vehicle • When Vehicle come near entry point, it is detected by fixed reader. • Window application makes an entry and automatically allows barrigate to open . • When Vehicle come near exit point, it is detected by fixed reader. • Window application makes note of an exit time and allows barrigate to open. • Note: Implementation entry and exit fixed reader needs site visit and also required to know opening and closing timing of barrigate.

Case 2: Visitors Vehicle • Vehicle comes to entry point , security will take detail of vehicle. • Security uses his authority card and issue a card to Visitor vehicle and lets vehicle in. • During exit, security collects card and uses his authority card to release Visitor vehicle to go out. • Window application will make note of entry and exit time and security person detail who is responsible for opening the barrigate.

Case 3: Issuing Visitor card • As visitor vehicle enters , Security will go around the barrigate and collects visitors information, flat number, visit persons name and purpose. • Security will enter details in window application and scans rfid card through desktop reader. • Message will be displayed in Window application “Successfully information Tagged”.
