This document discusses a voltage sag enhancement of grid-connected hybrid photovoltaic (PV) and wind power systems using a battery and super magnetic energy storage (SMES) based dynamic voltage restorer (DVR). It focuses on compensating for voltage fluctuations through a pre-sag compensation method to protect sensitive loads and demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed system under various voltage sag scenarios using MATLAB/Simulink.
