   Goal of the Partner Program is to gain a competitive advantage by gaining
   access to a partner s resources and relationships to grow & expand our
   business efficiently and effectively.

   In order to do so, we need to identify a select group of companies that will
   collaborate with ZeroChaos as a Strategic Partner or a broader range of
   companies as Affiliate Partners to create real and significant business
   opportunities for each other and support them to closure.

   The Partner Program describes a mutually beneficial relationship with
   organizations that would fall within two distinct categories and a third
   population of vendors/ASP s would exist within our community :

         Strategic Partner
               Paving way through the sale.
               Higher level of commitment, relationships, etc.

         Affiliate Partner
               Identifying opportunities.
               Facilitating Introductions.

         ZeroChaos Partner Community
               Establishing a network of ASP s/Vendors to support ZC in the
               marketplace; create market opportunities

Strategic Partner Description


What is a Strategic Partner?
     Describes a relationship with an organization or individual where they would introduce our workforce
     management solutions into a prospect and will actively work toward facilitating a business
     relationship with that prospect in partnership with ZeroChaos.

How are these relationships structured?
    Consistent Leads
    Revenue sharing
    Formal Agreement

Who can be a Strategic Partner?
    Any organization or individual who has significant relationships that supports our business
    development objectives and engages with us in the sales process.
    C-Suite or Executive contacts to leverage. They will have influence over key buyers and will be able
    to secure opportunities at the most appropriate levels.
    Complimentary business services

Key Elements of a Strategic Partner :
     Common Prospects: Are we calling on the compatible, desirable clients?
     Common Interests: Do our goals/objectives align?
     Mutual Dependency: Do we both have something to gain from the relationship that is of great
     significance?
     Synergy: Is the sum greater than the parts? Cultural compatibility? Intangibles?

What is a Affiliate Partner?
    Less formal collaboration focused on lead sharing.
    Leverage relationships/knowledge to position ZeroChaos for the chance to win business.
    Not as involved in sale as a SP

How are these relationships structured?
    A formal agreement may or may not be in place between ZeroChaos and an Affiliate
          Case by Case basis
     Lead or Introduction

Who can be an Affiliate Partner?
    Same market space preferred or who are pursuing similar clients. Unique insight into a
    business opportunity; Contacts to further the opportunity for ZC; Complimentary business
    services where the greatest synergies exist.
    Affiliates can hedge against competition by referring ZC
    Collaboration may be anything from marketing, education, pursuit of RFP jointly, promise of
    shared business opportunities with clients, etc.
    Where applicable, we are promoting each other s business services/solutions.

             Leverage all of the staffing vendors and ASP relationships that are
             reaching out to us to participate in our vendor networks or work with
             us in any capacity and create our own database

             within our network

             Development of marketing slicks to communicate benefits of
             partnering with ZC as a Partner

       Webinar Series
            Develop webinar series to educate potential partners and prospects
            on our unique services/solutions

       Design a Referral Program
            Develop a formal referral program for affiliate partners to encourage
            them to refer opportunities to us for consideration

       Website Presence
            Implement a page on the ZC website to promote our Partner
            Program and capture data on potential affiliate partners.
