No deviation in this regard is allowed. Admission Criteria: Admission strictly on merit giving weightage to the marks obtained in Metric (SSC), Intermediate (HSC), Aptitude test and interview.

Admission Procedure: The Admission Committee will process the applications on the basis of merit as determined by the applicant's previous academic record, his/her performance in the Admission Test and Interview. Department of Civil Engineering Selection Procedure: FSc Marks: 30% Entry Test Marks: 70% Admission criteria: Students with 60% marks in FSc (Pre-engineering and ICS) and students waiting for results of FSc part 2 can apply for admission. And matric 60% marks for BS (Electrical and Civil) and matric 50% marks for Computer sciences. Scholarships: Merit scholarship is awarded to the Top THREE position holders of board. This scholarship is for four years of un-interrupted studies with full course load and is equal to the full tuition fee. Continuation of merit scholarship is subject to maintaining semester GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Bachelor of Science in Electrical (Telecommunication) Engineering Eligibility Criteria For, Bachelor of Science in software engineering: Intermediate or equivalent with Mathematics, with minimum 50% marks from an accredited educational institution. NTS as per CIIT policy. Bachelor science in Electrical (Computer) Engineering & Bachelor science in Electrical (Telecommunication) Engineering: Intermediate with Physics, Math, Chemistry/ Computer science /Computer studies or its equivalent with minimum60% marks or DAE(in Electrical Engg Technology) with minimum 60% marks.
