PDHPE stands for Personal Development, Health and Physical Education, one of the six key learning areas in K-6. It promotes healthy diets, active lifestyles, and develops communication, decision making, interaction, movement, and problem solving skills. PDHPE teaches safe practices and healthy habits applicable beyond school. Students learn to make informed decisions about health and development, while encouraging understanding and acceptance of others. A positive attitude and willingness to share opinions are important for students in PDHPE classes.
