- 1. Using Annotations for instructor feedback in the Assignment tool 1. Navigate to your Course Dropbox tool to View Submissions. 2. Open first assignment to view. Note the Navigation bar is removed to increase your viewing field. 3. In the evaluation panel we can add rubrics, scores, and overall feedback. Inline Notations 4. Quick start with inline annotation. a. Highlight b. Strikethrough c. Underline d. Wiggly line 5. Select the annotation to edit the color. 6. Select an annotation to delete.

The pen can be used to freehand write, add grammatical notations, or draw. 9. Activated pen menu has many options. Note defaults at first usage. a. Color b. Background color c. Transparency d. Point size 10.Activate highlighter menu with same options as pen. Note default settings. 11.The menu options will retain setting options chosen until new options are selected. Pen and highlighter settings can be maintained separately. Moving to next student resets defaults.

Once you click away the note pad collapses. To edit the note, click on the icon. 14.Hover over the icon to expand the note for reading. 15.Click and drag to move the note. 16.Select note icon to change the note pad color. 17.Select note icon and click to exchange the icon. 18.Select a new icon for a new note.
