Access Management • Develop privilege access management capabilities in the process, not paper tracking through change management system. Include Policies, Iterate • Static or dynamic, often content, transport, app or data centric policies. Policies might not accommodate changes to operations. (Waterfall vs Agile) Prevention and Containment • Separation/segregation of duties/prevent vulnerabilities or broken things. There is always an audit protocol; ID, document, and determine the activities. Communications • They don’t know what you know, but want the same consistent and reliable outcomes. Educate them on the outcomes in their language.
