Needed a secure interface between any systems and Advent APX. Without centralized automated processing, data maintenance and data quality between Salesforce and Advent APX was a pain. Lessons Learned & Considerations Do make sure there is an integration super-user assigned within the organization that will be involved in the project and can take the reins once the project is completed. Do take the time to think about the best place for data to originate and what is critical data to synchronize across applications. Do involve all stakeholders in the organization that have data needs across all the applications that will share/synchronize data. Don't try to fully replicate data from all systems across the organization - try to think critically about what data needs to be used in multiple places and is most meaningful for the users on each application.
