Purpose
The purpose of my magazine is to inform for fans to get the information they want to know about
their favourite pop artists and abou concerts,new songs that they will be releasing. It is also there
for entertainment for fans and people who like pop music and who want to learn more about new
artists in north london as well as the most famous artists that many people already know and love.
Form
It will have a glossy front cover so that it won't be easy to damage
magazine will be 110 pages
It will also be an online magazine for people who won't buy a magazine in the shop and
also available in corner shops for people who don't have a way to get it online as people
who don't like reading a magazine will be able to have an online addition
Target audience
The target audience that I have chose to make this magazine for is for young people form the ages
of 13-17 The magazine will be for both girls and boys of those ages.
Genre
The genre of the magazine will be a pop magazine focusing on new and upcoming pop artists in
North London as most young people find that pop music is something that most of them would be
listening to especially with the target audience that I have picked as it gives a sense of familiarity
for listeners.North london is a place where this music comes from and includes places like the jazz
cafe playing all types of music.
USP
this will be because they will be able to send in questions online which will be sent to the
artist of their choice and they will be able to get a response in a matter of days.
There will also be a QR code on the back of my magazine and also be found on apps like
snapchat and instagram as a pop up advert which when scanned will take you straight to
the online copy where you can order from there but also get a copy of the magazine on
your phone.
Price
The price of the magazine will be £2.50 so that it is affordable for everyone who wants to read It
will be in stores so that people who don't want to buy it from a shop they will be able to get a
subscription online for £3.50 every month for a copy of the magazine.
Resources and Personnel
● camera- to take pictures
● photoshop- so that I can edit things that are not needed in the photo and to pictures
into the magazine
● money to pay for things that are needed- like paying for the use of the space for
where photos will be taken, cloths for the models.
photographers- to take pictures of the models
models- so that I have people to take pictures of to put into my magazine
designers- to make sure that the models are wearing things that are suitable for the
magazine
editors- to make corrections in the magazine like spelling, punctuation and grammar.

A list of top ten artists
Will include information about new up and coming artists in North London

I have chosen this font as it is bold and stands out more to the readers

I have chosen this colour scheme as it has bright colour which will attract these young readers..
Distribution and Marketing Methods
The way that the magazine will be distributed is that it will l be by being sold in
supermarkets and small corner shops and also The magazine will also be online so that
people who prefer reading things online they can easily access the magazine without
having any hassle of having to go to a shop and buying it themselves when instead they
can get it online for the same price for every copy that is released
The way that I will be marketing my magazine will be by having a social media account
promoting the magazine as well as people to share and tell all their friends and family to
share about a new pop magazine that they could read and since this generation is all
about social media it’s more likely for them to get the news about the magazine.As well as
putting on the popular radio show capital which is all about pop music where they could
promote it through

thing for the readers for example classic pop, Top of the pops and we love pop, are all magazines that
are sold in the uk meaning that my magazine will have to be better but also include things that aren't in
their magazine but are in mine making readers want to read mine then the other magazines.
