ASSESSMENT PATTERN First Internal Exam 20 Marks Second Internal Exam 20 Marks Total 40 Marks (Total will be reduced to 20 Marks) Class Interaction & Behaviour, 15 Marks Presentation, Quiz, Viva, Written Assignment, Any other assessment Attendance 5 Marks Final Exam 60 Marks Final Total 100 Marks
- 6. DEFINITION: BEHAVIOURAL COMMUNICATION It addresses people's use of day-to-day behaviors as a form of communication.
- 7. Any behavior (or its absence when one is expected) may be judged as communicative if it has the intent to convey a message. For example, an expressive hairstyle, show of a certain emotion or simply doing (or not doing) the dishes all can be means by which people may convey messages to each other.
- 8. Some people more than others tend to engage in behavioral communication in spite of the alternatives of using verbal communication.
