Problems of the Future
•   Over-population
•   Air, water, soil pollution
•   Lack of resources
•   Some jobs carried out by people will be performed by
    electronic devices which brings unemployment
•   High temps of life
•   Lack of personal communications
•   Cities and suburbs will displace forests
•   Lack of physical motility
•   Genetically modified food
Any Problem Can Be Turned to an
               Opportunity
So, the following industries and sectors will
  dominate:
•   Health Care/Medicine
•   Agriculture
•   Education
•   Science: energy, biochemistry, bioengineering
•   IT technologies
•   Cosmic Tourism
Typical Organization will Unite Modern
            Technologies and Nature
• Office will be full of plants, which will absorb CO2
  and radiation of multitude of electronic devices
• There will be daylight illumination in offices
• In business-centers there will be special “calm-
  rooms” for breaks, where it will be forbidden to use
  computer and mobile devices for people to
  communicate in reality
• There will be a sport room in every organization
Working Day
• Some tasks can be accomplished at home
• For communication with clients and colleagues
  informational technologies will be used
• In offices there will be special “social” and “sportive”
  breaks, during which people can communicate with
  each other in reality and do some physical exercises
• Friendly and employee-oriented environment in the
  will improve people’s abilities and mood for working
How will Companies Attract and Retain
              Top Talents
• Individual approach to every employee
  (including schedule, workplace, tasks)
• Group journeys to other countries
• Regular educational trainings, paid by the
  organizations
• Corporative presents and celebrations
Preparing good specialists for stated industries

-knowledge of modern IT-technologies
-technical skills
-ability to learn fast
-responsibility
-social responsibility
-2 and more foreign languages

School Education (Perfect Day)
• 9:00-11:30 technical subjects
• 11:30-13:00 lunch break, games and activities
• 13:00-15:30 humanities
Technical subjects include working in laboratories,
  group projects
Humanities will include meetings with business-
  specialists, artists, musicians
Teachers should make pupils become interested in self-
  education
Higher Education
• The main attention will be paid to research and
  development
• Studying will include visiting potential workplaces
  and meetings with professionals
• Obligatory short internships twice a year
• Electronic resources with all necessary studying
  materials and working information
Adaptation and Retraining
• Since some jobs carried out by people will be performed by
  machines, people should be prepared for losing their jobs.
  According to that government will provide psychological
  adaptation for future and retraining for getting new skills
