This document discusses CMOS-MEMS resonant RF mixer-filters and bandpass filters. It describes how high-Q MEMS resonators can replace off-chip passive filters, enabling single-chip RF transceivers. It presents examples of CMOS-MEMS resonant mixer-filters that downconvert RF signals into IF bands after filtering out mixing harmonics. It also examines tunable bandpass filters designed using clamped-clamped beam MEMS resonators integrated with CMOS, allowing filtering center frequency and bandwidth to be tuned through DC bias voltages.
