- 1. Andre’ Vanderpool Summary Throughout my presentation I talk about educating children and ways to help students learn. I talk about how online games for students can help them make learning fun. Hands on classroom projects can help students interact with other students and the teacher. Allow them to ask questions if they feel uncertain, and encourage them to communicate. I mentioned that assigning homework allows the students to learn outside of the classroom. Reasons to be a teacher include educating and influencing your students. As a teacher you get a different group of students to work with every year, and as a result of that it allows you to get a different experience every year with a different group of kids. Also allows you to improve your classroom year after year by learning from things you did the previous year. At the end I put a couple pictures of my cats. I used PowerPoint, because I’m comfortable with it and know my way around it.
