This document discusses a new approach to high availability in computing centers called 3RC (3 Re Cycle) that uses virtualization. It aims to provide relaxed high availability with minimal costs. The system is based on a finite state machine that can reboot, restart, or reinstall virtual machines across physical hosts if failures occur. The entire Grid data center SNS-PISA has been implemented with this virtual high availability system. Storage solutions from NAS to SAN are also explored to ensure data safety and accessibility.
