- 3. © 2015 Flipkart. All rights reserved. Introduction to Incremental Feed Are you tired of waiting for the previous ‘Quality Check’ files to upload your list of new products? Wait no more with Incremental Feed! We have introduced a new ‘Incremental feed’ feature on you seller portal account. What is a Feed? A Feed refers to a set of products that are uploaded as one file. What is the New Process? You need to download a fresh template any time you want to add new products.

How to Use Incremental Feed Please follow the steps shown in the diagram below: Download Template • Download a fresh and empty template every time to upload new products in the category of your choice. Add Data • ADD data to the new templates that you have downloaded. Upload Template • Upload templates with data. • Unique Feed IDs will be given to the uploaded feeds. • Status of the Feed will be “Processing” . Take Action • Correct the QC Failed Rows. • Approve QC Passed Rows. • Re-upload Feed to send it for QC Processing.

- 6. © 2015 Flipkart. All rights reserved. Advantages 1. You can keep adding new products in the form of ‘Multiple feeds’. 2. Waiting period to add new products during the QC processing is required no more. 3. It saves time and brings forth more flexibility to increase your listings with Flipkart.

Points to Remember Points to remember: • Forget about the old way of uploading Catalogue • Download> Add products>Wait for QC> Add the bulk again> Re-upload it • Embrace the new Feed uploading method. • Download new template every time> Don’t wait for QC> Keep adding products in the new template> Upload the Feed again. • Ensure products that are already sent for QC must not be added again in the new Feed. • You cannot add new rows to the existing feed files. Always download a new template and add rows while sending new products for Quality Check.
