industry collaborations.
▪ Technical and Methodological Support

8. 8
Important
• Schedule weekly or biweekly meetings with your supervisor(s).
• It is best to use a fixed time slot each week for consistency.
• Students are responsible for initiating and attending meetings.
• Do not wait for your supervisor to call you—take the initiative.
9. Time Management
9
Plan and Prioritize Tasks
▪ Break down your project into smaller, manageable tasks with clear deadlines.
▪ Identify critical tasks that require more time and effort.
▪ Use a Gantt chart or to-do list to track progress.
Set a RealisticTimeline
▪ Allocate sufficient time for research, design, implementation, testing, and
documentation.
▪ Plan for unexpected delays and set buffer periods.
▪ Follow a weekly schedule to stay on track.
10. Time Management
10
Stay Organized
▪ Maintain clear documentation of your work, including notes, references, and code.
▪ Use tools like Google Drive, OneNote, or project management apps to store files and
track progress.
Avoid Last-Minute Rush
▪ Start writing your report early instead of waiting until the end.
▪ Begin testing and debugging well in advance to avoid last-minute surprises.
▪ Complete presentations and rehearsals at least a few days before deadlines.
11. Time Management
11
Balance Workload Efficiently
▪ Define Roles and Responsibilities Clearly:Assign a group leader
▪ Ensure equal distribution of tasks so no one is overloaded.
▪ Work Collaboratively, Not in Isolation
▪ Report writing:A one member should not be assigned to write the report. All should
contribute.
12. Following Guidelines & Meeting Deadlines
12
Follow the Given Guidelines
▪ All relevant guidelines will be available on the LMS.
▪ Students must strictly adhere to these guidelines.
Meeting Deadlines is Critical
▪ Deadlines are final and will not be extended.
▪ Late submissions will receive no marks—plan accordingly!
13. Logbook
13
▪ Every student must maintain an
individual logbook.
▪ The logbook must be
presented at each meeting with
the supervisor.
▪ Ensure it is signed by the
supervisor after every meeting.
