The network monitoring survey conducted in Q3 2013 included responses from 257 participants and revealed that 82% are using network monitoring tools, with SNMP traps being used by 68% of respondents. Cisco was the preferred vendor for 75% of users, and immediate alerting of network issues was identified as the most important monitoring function. Additionally, 67% of respondents back up their network configurations, while 41% do not monitor Wi-Fi.
