FIRST QUARTER 10/9/22 During the conference, teachers asked on how to develop activities that would improve the literacy and numeracy of learners during Mathematics classes. They had a problem on how these will be integrated specifically on numeracy. Teachers were given a technical assistance on how to develop activities that would improve the literacy and numeracy of learners during language classes. Teachers were able to craft a lesson plan integrating the numeracy and literacy in Mathematics Classes FIRST QUARTER 12/9/22 During the classroom visit with the use of a GIYA tool, she was able to present a lesson plan in grammar, well with the use of ICT and other learning resource materials. THIRD QUARTER 3/14/23 During the room evaluation, he was able to update his classroom in preparation for the classroom evaluation during face to face classes. LASs were arranged according to weeks. Classroom conducive to learning. Structuring of the classroom was a team effort. It gives the students a sense of belongingness for the nice room they are using. Some activities in the lesson plan had been revised based on the chosen philosophy of teaching. Was able to choose a proper philosophy of teaching based on the activities presented or made. FOURTH QUARTER 4/11/23 During the conduct of classroom visit, it was observed that student retention during classroom discussion must be eradicated through the use of differentiated instruction or teaching strategies. Some activities in the lesson plan were modified to fit the needs of the learners during teaching & learning. Students may build critical thinking by exposing them to higher-order thinking skills through differentiated instruction or teaching strategies. FOURTH QUARTER 4/19/23 Had a good listening skill and absorb well. Congratulations for a job well done. Your efforts haven’t just reached the eyes of your co-workers, but mine as well.
