The Framework enables the formation of named awards using work-related credit from different sources combined in ways that meet the precise needs of employers. 4
The formation of named awards Choose modules to suit employer needsRelevantMake the credit purposeful – by allowing awards to be formed Lots of employer engagement has been and continues to be focussed upon small credit volumes. 5

Modules Have reusable outcomes Encourage a technical or very specific skills focus e.g. learning through workEncourage ‘learning to learn’ e.g. Advancing practiceFocus on themes e.g. LeadershipFocus on projects e.g. action researchRemains a work in progress 12
Who is the PSF for? 13
The PSF has been FIRMLY designed to support course developers including:Academics;Business development managers;Colleagues in partner colleges;Industry trainers.14
Awards within the PSF are suitable for employers : Whose employees already have credit from different sources and who wish to bring that credit together, along with some new Harper Adams credit, to form a named Harper Adams award. Who seek an award through unique combinations of modules.Have existing training already occurring in-house which may be recognised through flexible modules from the PSF’s own suite of modules.15
