- 6. Approach 1 • SWOT Analysis – Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats • Using this approach, reflect on your work with your learner. Identify at least one example for each heading, and discuss how this may influence your future practice.
- 7. Approach 2 • Johari window • Originated as a group work tool, helping to improve self-awareness and mutual understanding • Can be adapted as a tool for individual reflection

What would make you feel more confident? What would be the ideal situation for supporting adults with dyslexia by you/your organisation? How am I going to get there? How are you going to make this happen for you or the dyslexic adults you are supporting? What resources do you need? What changes does your organisation need to make?

- 12. Experiential Learning • Using the learning cycle, reflect on aspects of your work with your learner that went well and/or that did not go so well. • Theorise about why this happened • Plan how you may make changes to your future practice
