This document provides guidance for candidates on completing a final reflective assignment. It outlines four approaches to reflection: SWOT analysis, Johari window, Kolb's experiential learning cycle, and using critical lenses. For the assignment, candidates are asked to reflect on their work with a supported adult learner, their learning over multiple courses, how this will impact their future practice, implications for continuing professional development and their organization, and how any changes will be implemented. The assignment is due on May 29th and should be 800-1000 words to fit with the candidate's work over the course.
