- 2. A laptop computer is a personal computer for mobile use. A laptop integrates most of the typical components of a desktop computer. Including a display, a keyboard, a mouse/touchpad and in-built speakers, built into one device. A laptop is powered by mains electricity via an AC adapter, and can be used away from an outlet using a rechargeable battery
- 3. A tablet computer, or a tablet, is a mobile computer integrated into a flat, touch screen. Often uses an onscreen virtual. Convertible notebook computers have integrated keyboards that can be hidden by slide or swivel joints exposing the touch screen only.
- 4. A desktop computer is a personal computer in a form intended for regular use at a single location. Early desktop computers are designed to lay flat on the desk, while modern towers stand upright.
- 5. In most common use, a server is a physical computer (a computer hardware system) dedicated to runningone or more services.
- 6. A Smartphone is a mobile phone built on a mobile operating system with more advanced computing capability and connectivity than a feature phone
- 7. A video game console is an interactive entertainment computer or customized computer system that produces a video display signal which can be used with a display device (a television, monitor, etc.) to display a video game. The term “video game console” is used to distinguish a machine designed for people to buy and use primarily for playing video games on a TV.
- 8. An embedded system is a computer system designed for specific control functions within a larger system, often with real-time computing constraints.
