This document describes a project to create a wireless temperature measurement system using a Xilinx Spartan-3E FPGA starter board. The temperature sensor is a PT-100 analog sensor which is connected to an ADC on the FPGA board to convert the sensor reading to digital form. LabVIEW FPGA is used as the programming tool to design the program on the FPGA. The digital temperature readings from the FPGA are then sent wirelessly to a host PC using a ZigBee interface.
