1. Was bedeutet Blended Learning?
Der Begriff "Blended Learning" wird verwendet, um einen Lösungsansatz zu
beschreiben, der mehrere verschiedene Übetragungsmethoden kombiniert, wie
z.B. Kollaborationssoftware, webbasierte Kurse, EPSS und Praktiken des
Wissensmanagements. Blended Learning wird auch zur Beschreibung von
Lernaktivitäten verwendet, die verschiedene ereignisbasierte Aktivitäten
mischen, darunter Präsenzkurse, Live-E-Learning und Lernen im Selbststudium.
Es existiert hierbei leider keine einheitliche Formel, die den Lernprozess
garantiert. Dennoch finden Sie einige Richtlinien von NIIT, nach denen Sie Ihre
Lernaktivitäten organisieren können.

1. Was bedeutet Blended Learning?
NIIT kategorisiert Blended Learning in drei Modellen:
fähigkeitsorientiertes Lernen, das selbstgesteuertes Lernen
kombiniert mit Unterstützung durch den Trainer oder Moderator,
um spezifisches Wissen und Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln und
einstellungsorientiertes Lernen, das verschiedene
Lehrveranstaltungen und Bereitstellungsmedien mischt, um
spezifisches verhaltensorientiertes, kompetenzorientiertes Lernen
zu entwickeln. Auf diese Weise werden leistungsunterstützende
Werkzeuge mit Wissensmanagement-Ressourcen und Mentoring
kombiniert, um den Kompetenzerwerb am Arbeitsplatz zu fördern.

1. Das Face-to-Face-Treiber-Modell
Im Face-to-Face-Treiber-Modell ist der traditionelle Unterricht
im Klassenzimmer die Hauptmethode der Wissensvermittlung.
Die Technologie wird nur als Ergänzung eingesetzt, um den
Erfolg der Bildungsergebnisse zu steigern. Der persönliche
Unterricht im Klassenzimmer dient in diesem Modell als
Hauptmethode der Wissensvermittlung, während die
Technologie nur als Ergänzung zum Lernen eingesetzt wird.

2. Das Rotations-Modell
Dieses Modell ähnelt dem Lernplatzmodell, der
Hauptunterschied besteht darin, dass hier die Schüler sowohl
von einem Lehrer in einem physischen Klassenzimmer lernen
als auch an Online-Sitzungen teilnehmen. Es gibt einen festen
Zeitplan für den Unterricht im realen Leben, gefolgt von den
virtuellen Sitzungen.

3. Das Flex-Modell
Das Herzstück des Flex-Modells ist das Online-Lernen. Die
Lehrerinnen und Lehrer sind lediglich Vermittler und bieten
Unterstützung auf einer On-Demand-Basis an, während sich
die Schülerinnen und Schüler in einem kontinuierlichen
Zeitplan zwischen den Lernaktivitäten bewegen. Nach wie vor
lernen die Schülerinnen und Schüler meist in einer Umgebung,
in der der Lehrer vor Ort ist, doch die Hausaufgaben werden
über eine Online-Plattform eingereicht. Dieses Modell bietet
sowohl den Lehrern als auch den Schülern die dringend
benötigte Flexibilität, indem es ihnen mehr Kontrolle darüber
ermöglicht, wie sie ihre Zeit nutzen.

4. Das Online-Labor-Modell
Die SchülerInnen in diesem Modell kommen zwar zur Schule,
der Unterricht findet jedoch vollständig online über das
Computerlabor der Institution statt. Der Unterricht erfolgt aus
der Ferne über das Internet. Speziell hierfür geschulte, nicht
unterrichtende, Fachkräfte helfen den Studenten vor Ort und
beaufsichtigen die Lehrstätte. Die Technologie ist dabei nicht
auf Computer als Medium beschränkt. Das Online-
Labormodell bietet die Möglichkeit, die Vorteile anderer
fortschrittlicher Technologien wie 3D-Drucker, VR-Headsets
und mehr zu nutzen.

5. Das Selbstgemischte-Modell
Dieses Modell gibt den SchülerInnen, als Ergänzung zu ihrem
regulären Unterricht, die Kontrolle über den Zeitpunkt und die
Art des Lernens. Die Lernenden haben die Möglichkeit,
zusätzlich zu ihren traditionellen Unterrichtsstunden, Kurse
online zu belegen. Dadurch erhalten sie die Kontrolle über die
Auswahl der zu lernenden Inhalte. Die Schulen können diese
Kurse über ihr eigenes Lernmanagementsystem anbieten,
welches ihnen hilft, in ihrer Freizeit mit ihren Online-Kursen
voranzukommen.

6. Das Online-Treiber-Modell
Von allen besprochenen Modellen ist das Online-Treibermodell am
stärksten technologiebasiert - in vielen Fällen beinhaltet es
überhaupt keine persönliche Einweisung. Die SchülerInnen können
entscheiden, wo sie lernen möchten (zu Hause, in der Bibliothek,
unterwegs usw.) und erhalten alle Anweisungen und Materialien
über virtuelle Kanäle. Die LehrerInnen nehmen nur eine
Vermittlerrolle ein und helfen den Studierenden bei Bedarf online,
auf Anfrage oder zu vereinbarten Zeiten. Die SchülerInnen können
ihren Computer, ihr Tablet oder ihr Smartphone sowohl für die
Abgabe von Aufgaben als auch für die Kommunikation mit ihrer
Lehrperson nutzen.

Was bedeutet Blended Learning? Der Begriff "Blended Learning" wird verwendet, um einen Lösungsansatz zu beschreiben, der mehrere verschiedene Übetragungsmethoden kombiniert, wie z.B. NIIT kategorisiert Blended Learning in drei Modellen: fähigkeitsorientiertes Lernen, das selbstgesteuertes Lernen kombiniert mit Unterstützung durch den Trainer oder Moderator, um spezifisches Wissen und Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln und einstellungsorientiertes Lernen, das verschiedene Lehrveranstaltungen und Bereitstellungsmedien mischt, um spezifisches verhaltensorientiertes, kompetenzorientiertes Lernen zu entwickeln. Das Flex-Modell Das Herzstück des Flex-Modells ist das Online-Lernen. Die Lehrerinnen und Lehrer sind lediglich Vermittler und bieten Unterstützung auf einer On-Demand-Basis an, während sich die Schülerinnen und Schüler in einem kontinuierlichen Zeitplan zwischen den Lernaktivitäten bewegen. Nach wie vor lernen die Schülerinnen und Schüler meist in einer Umgebung, in der der Lehrer vor Ort ist, doch die Hausaufgaben werden über eine Online-Plattform eingereicht. Dieses Modell bietet sowohl den Lehrern als auch den Schülern die dringend benötigte Flexibilität, indem es ihnen mehr Kontrolle darüber ermöglicht, wie sie ihre Zeit nutzen. Das Online-Labor-Modell Die SchülerInnen in diesem Modell kommen zwar zur Schule, der Unterricht findet jedoch vollständig online über das Computerlabor der Institution statt. Der Unterricht erfolgt aus der Ferne über das Internet. Speziell hierfür geschulte, nicht unterrichtende, Fachkräfte helfen den Studenten vor Ort und beaufsichtigen die Lehrstätte. Die Technologie ist dabei nicht auf Computer als Medium beschränkt. Das Online- Labormodell bietet die Möglichkeit, die Vorteile anderer fortschrittlicher Technologien wie 3D-Drucker, VR-Headsets und mehr zu nutzen. Das Selbstgemischte-Modell Dieses Modell gibt den SchülerInnen, als Ergänzung zu ihrem regulären Unterricht, die Kontrolle über den Zeitpunkt und die Art des Lernens. Die Lernenden haben die Möglichkeit, zusätzlich zu ihren traditionellen Unterrichtsstunden, Kurse online zu belegen. Dadurch erhalten sie die Kontrolle über die Auswahl der zu lernenden Inhalte. Das Online-Treiber-Modell Von allen besprochenen Modellen ist das Online-Treibermodell am stärksten technologiebasiert - in vielen Fällen beinhaltet es überhaupt keine persönliche Einweisung. Die SchülerInnen können entscheiden, wo sie lernen möchten (zu Hause, in der Bibliothek, unterwegs usw.) und erhalten alle Anweisungen und Materialien über virtuelle Kanäle. Die LehrerInnen nehmen nur eine Vermittlerrolle ein und helfen den Studierenden bei Bedarf online, auf Anfrage oder zu vereinbarten Zeiten. Die SchülerInnen können ihren Computer, ihr Tablet oder ihr Smartphone sowohl für die Abgabe von Aufgaben als auch für die Kommunikation mit ihrer Lehrperson nutzen.
