This publication reflects the views only of the author, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein. -4- 3.1 Entrecomp-Modell • Es besteht ein klarer Bedarf, Unternehmertum als Kompetenz zu definieren und zu beschreiben; den Bezugsrahmen zu entwickeln, der seine Komponenten in Form von Wissen, Fähigkeiten und Einstellungen beschreibt; und den europäischen Bürgern die geeigneten Instrumente zur Bewertung und effektiven Entwicklung dieser Schlüsselkompetenz zur Verfügung zu stellen. • Das EntreComp Rahmenkonzept besteht aus 3 Kompetenzbereichen: 'Ideen und Möglichkeiten', 'Ressourcen' und 'In Aktion treten'. Jeder Bereich umfasst 5 Kompetenzen, die zusammen die Bausteine des Unternehmertums als Kompetenz darstellen. Sie wurden so bezeichnet, dass sie die unternehmerische Kompetenz als die Fähigkeit betonen, Ideen und Möglichkeiten durch die Mobilisierung von Ressourcen in Aktionen umzusetzen. Diese Ressourcen umfassen persönliche (z.B. Selbstbewusstsein und Selbstwirksamkeit, Motivation und Ausdauer), materielle (z.B. Produktionsmittel und finanzielle Ressourcen) oder nicht-materielle (z.B. spezifische Kenntnisse, Fähigkeiten und Einstellungen) Aspekte. • Die 3 Kompetenzbereiche sind eng miteinander verwoben: Unternehmertum als Kompetenz steht über allen drei Bereichen. Auch die 15 Kompetenzen sind miteinander verknüpft und verbunden. Sie sollten dabei als Teil eines Ganzen verstanden werden. Wir schlagen hier nicht vor, dass der Lernende in allen 15 Kompetenzen die höchste Stufe der Kompetenz erwerben oder über alle Kompetenzen die gleiche Leistung erbringen sollte. Der Rahmen impliziert jedoch, dass das Unternehmertum als Kompetenz aus 15 Bausteinen besteht.
