GUIDANCE PROGRAM FOR LAS PINAS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL-GATCHALIAN ANNEX DepEd LAS PINAS CITY SY 2016-2017 GUIDANCE ACTION PLAN GOALS: To develop self-directed, self motivated, values-oriented and productive students. To assist students explore their abilities, interest, talents, potentials, aptitude and to make full use of such to achieve their goals of self-actualization. To help provide opportunities for maximum development of the “whole person” in all aspects of life – physically, socially, psychologically, emotionally, intellectually, morally and spiritually.
- 2. GUIDANCE SERVICES TIME FRAME STRATEGY/PERSON INVOLVE OUTPUT 1. Orientation for Students A. To inform the student regarding school rules and regulations and their rights & protection to a possible offender B. To identify & avail the guidance services June 2016 • Promotion of Guidance services & activities through 1. Orientation 2. Bulletin board 3. Child protection, bullying, drug related information. Principal, Guidance Coordinators, All grade level, Class Advisers Well informed freshmen and transferees which will help them in their easy school adjustments. 2. Individual Inventory A. To gather & update specific data regarding each student for counseling & guidance purposes June 2016-March 2017 • Update student’s cumulative folders Guidance Coordinators, All grade level, Class Advisers A folder containing master list of students will be produced per year level. 3. Counseling Services A. To get to know the student’s personality B. To appreciate the role of guidance & it’s services C. To help parents & guardians to know their role and understand better their children June 2016-March 2017 • Counseling for students under probation ®ular students Guidance Coordinators, All grade level, Class Advisers A self directed individual who are ready to face life challenges.
