This paper presents a novel low power, high bandwidth four quadrant analog multiplier using carbon nanotube field effect transistor (CNFET) technology, specifically designed in a 32nm process. The proposed design exhibits low harmonic distortion (<0.45%), a large input range (±400mV), and impressive bandwidth (~50GHz) while consuming approximately 247μW of power. The design's performance is analyzed through simulations highlighting its beneficial attributes for analog circuit applications.
