Screen intelligence  is a powerful feature that can perform calculations and notify users of what action to take depending on the results. This ensures data is captured accurately, compliantly and efficiently.
New Case  allows you to capture a new client’s details and create their Case Folder for subsequent processing. The New Case input screens can be configured exactly as you require, with as many screens as you require.
To Do Lists  are created automatically by CasePRO’s powerful workflow engine, ensuring every Case is processed accurately, compliantly and with maximum efficiency.
My Cases  allows you to create, edit and display any number of data views using CasePRO’s Query Builder and View Designer tools. You can even export the selected data into an MS Excel spreadsheet.
While every other input screen in CasePRO is user configurable, this  initial Case Folder Screen  is generic.  The screen provides easy access to Outstanding Tasks, Case History, Appointments, Outstanding Items and Case Notes for the selected Case.
Every Case has its own  Audit Trail  that records  every activity  performed for that Case, including changes to existing data.
Outstanding Items  is a powerful feature that manages the requesting and receipt of all reference documents required to complete a Case.  Each item can be configured by management to stipulate when it should be chased up, giving you maximum efficiency and control.
Case Notes  can be added/viewed by any member of staff ensuring that every member of the team is empowered to handle customer queries on a fully informed basis.
This  sample ‘Processing Screen’  displays the dates when key process milestones were actioned. The dates are added automatically by CasePRO’s powerful workflow engine.
This  sample ‘Commissions Screen’  enables you to easily manage the receipt and payment of fees due on each Case. This is extremely useful for cashflow/profitability monitoring and reconciliation purposes.
Booking appointments  couldn’t be simpler using CasePRO’s integrated Calendar.  Appointment details can be automatically sent to Remote Agents via email or text.
Calendar   allows you to view diaries .
Document Management  is a powerful module that helps reduce your paper mountains and filing cabinets while increasing efficiency and ensuring no more mislaid documents!
Email   enables you to send and receive emails both internally and externally.
SMS Text Messaging  enables you to send a text message to any mobile phone.  Messages can be triggered automatically via CasePRO’s workflow engine, e.g. to advise an Introducing Broker of an overdue item or of a change in the Case Status, etc.
Any type of  document , including PDF Forms, can be auto-populated, printed and stored in the Case’s Audit Trail for subsequent review.

Contacts  enables you to only ever need enter your business contacts’ details once. Contacts’ details can then be simply added to a Case by selecting from the respective drop-down lists.
My Contacts  allows you to create, edit and display any number of data views relating to your Contacts. Upon selecting a contact, you can view their Case History, Tasks and Case Notes without having to load the actual Case Folder.
