DO - Empathy Map (observations)
 While she was being interviewed was seeking jobs through the internet
and was doing her profile on linkedin.
 She said she was seeking jobs for architecture but sought jobs in other
areas, such as administration and third sector .
 While she was preparing the curriculum, I realized that she gave much
more emphasis to aspects related to the professional experience of than
the academic experience, even though she graduated a great at a College.

Think & Fell - Empathy Map (inferences)
 She was upset about her career choice;
 Actually, she was very disappointed at her current job;
 She seems to look at new opportunities in other areas;
 She seems to need external support to discover a new career;
 She did’t love what she does;
 She believes that her need it kind of universal;
 She seemed uncomfortable to talk about this, as it would leave her
upset
 She thinks that college teaches very little, believe more in learning
through the labor market. For her, learning by experience counts a lot
more than academic.
She is in a transition phase, and feel very confused and undecided
which way to go;
She believes in the role of schools to help students to decide the way;
I think she felt very young and premature to decide which career to
pursue, without knowing how it would be.
